COUNTDOWN!
Turning 40 in 4 Days! January 2nd, 2025 is a crucial day in my life. 4 decades on this planet, and despite the hip pain, elbow injury, I plan to get shredded and share the process with you.
Goal: Shredded at 40!
I turned 40 on January 2nd of this year (2025). Before I turn 41, the goal is to get a six pack and be shredded. Ideally by summer but I’ll settle for anytime in 2025.
Four Days Left – 12/29/2024
Today I embark on a new journey. A promise to myself. To be consistent, to be boring. The goal is to get shredded at the age of forty. The deadline? Before I turn 41. Shredded at 40!
Goal: Lose 10 lbs in the next 15 days.
Goal: 10k steps 3 days a week.
Goal: Start working out every major muscle group (20% capacity for anything involving my biceps due to recent surgery). Workout like I’m in high school, bench press, leg press, bicep curls, triceps pull down, etc. Keep it simple.
Kickstart by fasting from solids for 3 days. 2 days before my birthday and the day I turn 40 to prove to myself I will start my 40th year of life strong and keep promises to myself.

Second day of fasting.
One Day Left – 1/1/2025
